Miscellaneous Info:	The Auto Mitrailleuse Le'gere' (AML) 60 Armored Car (Manufacturer's Code: AML-245B) is almost identical to both the related AML-20 and AML-90 vehicles. They all differ mainly by the turrets/weapons mounted on each.  In addition, the above variants of the AML also share many of the same parts/components as the M3 APC. Two (2) primary versions of the AML-60 were built, differing in the co-axial armament mounted.  The AML-60-7 was fitted with two (2) 7.5mm machine guns, whereas the AML-60-12 utilized one (1) 12.7mm heavy MG. In addition, Ireland converted some of these vehicles by removing the 60mm mortar and replacing it with a .50 cal/12.7mm machine gun.  This was referred to as the AML-127 or AML-60-127.  Although not an official variant, the South African produced Eland Armored Car Series was based upon the AML design as well.
